1. That, all the information provided in the application is true to my own knowledge.
2. That the address provided by me in this application form above is my permanent address and all communication and/or notices and/or intimations from the Club addressed and received at the said address shall be deemed to have been received by me.
3. That the Royal Goldfieldd Club Resort ( "The Club") shall be authorized to verify all the information provided by me in this membership form and that if any information here in above is found to be false, the Club shall, at its sole discretion, have the authority to cancel my membership at any point of time.
4. That, in the event of an application for membership being accepted, I shall pay the annual maintenance charges of the club, as may be prescribed from time to time, in advance, on or before the 15th day of April, of each financial year.
5. That, I am well aware that the club has the absolute right to accept or reject this application for membership without assigning any reason whatsoeverand I undertake to not challenge the decision of the club in any manner whatsoever.
6. That, I shall be bound by the Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of the club and the policies framed by the Club from time to time.
7. That, I shall uphold and adhere to all the Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of the club as may be framed from time to time and the terms and conditions herein contained
8. That, any differences in disputes arising out of, or in connection with or in respect of the terms and conditions of this application form and/or the. Bylaws, Rules and Regulations framed by the club from time to time shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration and cancelation.
9. That, the jurisdiction for all legal matters pertaining to the club is Pune.
