2. The member must carry the card in person whenever he/she visits the club. This card should be

presented whenever requested by the club staff for identification &/or other official purposes.

3. Reciprocating clubs are requested to accept this card as an introduction.

4. The use of this card is governed by the enacted rules & regulations of the club that are in effect.

5. If this card is lost or stolen the card holder is liable for all charges through its misuse.

6. Membership validity : Gold – 15 yrs , Platinum – 25 yrs , Diamond – Lifetime , Permanent – Lifetime.

7. This card will be renewed every three (3) years
